For e-ticket orders, an e-mail containing your e-ticket(s) will be sent to the email you entered at checkout. To gain entry at the event you may show the e-ticket on a mobile device, save it to your Google or Apple wallet, or print it.
For will-call orders, you will have to collect your physical tickets at the venue before the event. After purchasing online or at the event, you will receive an email from EventHippie containing your receipt. You will need this receipt, the original credit card used for the order, and a valid photo ID to claim your ticket(s) at will-call before the event. All tickets must be claimed by the person who’s name is on the e-ticket. Will-call is handled by the event organizer. Contact your event organizer for more details.
Your e-ticket(s) are emailed immediately after purchase. If you have not received an email from us with your tickets, please, check your SPAM folder first. If you cannot find your e-tickets in your email’s inbox, head to our ticket recovery center here.
